This award show is a marketing dream come true for authors, bookstores, vendors and corporations. This event will allow your business to expose its products and services to the most intricate piece in the literary community: book clubs! This event will provide business owners a venue to make an extraordinary amount of potential sales. It’s the perfect forum for showcasing your products or services as well as building your brand. Friday: Registered Exhibitors/Vendors will receive (1) cloth covered table. • (2) Chairs • (5 minutes) Personal introduction of book/product and publicity campaign with image, link, and title on BBCR website ($100). There will be a 2 hour window for vending. Saturday: Registered Exhibitors/Vendors will receive (1) cloth covered table. • (2) Chairs • (1) Ticket to award show and publicity campaign with image, link, and title on BBCR website ($200). There will be a 6 hour window for vending. Weekend Value Pack: Get noticed Friday and Saturday during BBCR2010! Registered Exhibitors/Vendors will receive everything listed above for Friday and Saturday to include a listing in the commemorative journal. Vendor/Author Information
Gift Bags: Send promotional items, books, and other items pertaining to your book or business to place in the BBCR Awards gift bags and giveaways (FREE). Items must be received April 1, 2010. Email us for mailing address.
Program Ad: Our program will feature ads from various authors, local businesses and other pertinent information. Secure your space for a quarter ($50), half ($75), or full ($125) page. Front and back inside cover ($175) Ads must be received by April 15, 2010.
Video Message: Show off your book trailer during a special segment of our award show or shoot a video of yourself saying thank you and why book clubs are a vital part of our literary community. This is a great way to show off your brand on our state of the art audio and visual equiptment ($75). Videos cannot be longer than 2 minutes. Send videos via email to bbcrawards@gmail.com.
