Tifany Jones, is the founder of the syndicated radio show Sistah Confessions and Black Book Clubs Rock Celebration.

Tifany has assembled the "Kings of Literature" and will have them all at the 2010 Black Book Clubs Rock celebration on June 18-19, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport.

Largo, Maryland - January 13, 2009 - Go On Girl! Book Club will receive the Literary Legends award at the first annual Black Book Clubs Rock event on Saturday, June 20th at the Radisson Hotel in Largo, Maryland. The event honors book clubs and literary supporters that have made a positive impact on the African-American community through their service. Honorees exemplify community spirit, leadership, volunteerism and making a difference in the lives of authors and readers. Go On Girl! Book Club Co-Founders Lynda Johnson and Tracy Mitchell-Brown will accept the award in person.

Tifany Jones, founder of the Sistah Confessions Book Club and event organizer stated, "As a book club founder I personally know the hard work and dedication that is required to make a club successful. Many of us strive for the longevity and sisterhood clearly demonstrated by Go On Girl! Book Club."

About Go on Girl! Book Club
Go On Girl! Book Club was founded in 1991 in New York City by Monique Greenwood, Lynda Johnson and Tracy Mitchell-Brown. Today, it is one of the largest national reading groups for black women in the U.S. with 30 chapters in 12 states including New York, Pennysylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Illinois, Virginia, Indiana, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama and Washington, D.C.
